I'm glad you understood it because its all Greek to me.  What the heck is a runtime library anyways?  I guess I'm just too much of a beginner because I need step-by-step instructions.  All this library stuff is way over my head.  What is in the library?  I assume more files and directories they need to be there also???  I'm totally lost in all this library file structure and what needs to go where and when etc...
