Actually, now that I think about it, you guys accusing me of violating an NDA - that is a legal accusation. It is a baseless one for which you have no knowledge or direct involvement. You haven't seen what I signed, and you haven't been privy to the conversations I've had with SM.

A couple of you have been in here making written statements claiming or implying that I have broken laws, on the basis of your assumption that I am not allowed to say anything about Poser 8. This is despite my having explained to you why I can speak.

That is called libel. Are you familiar with the term?
