Thanks for the idea Posermocap!!

I changed these bodypart names, and it worked!

-lradius -> lForeArm

-lwrist -> lHand

-lhand -> lHand

-lfingers -> lHand

-lthumb -> lthumb

i also turned on IK for both the feet and the hands prior to aplying the modified(  names)BVH
