Those are great images.I'll bet they put a lot more time in those single images than I did in entire scenes.
I was not going for comic book perfection.
I was just messing around and having fun.
I guess this was a bad example of something to share since I haven't put nearly as much effort into it as I have other projects. I only did this animation as a way to show my gratitude to Scott for building the mesh and to Little Dragon in hopes they'd do a walk cycle for the Delgadosarus.
But back to the still images.
As great as they are, and they are...
There is no doubt that when you are only rendering 1 frame you can spend a lot more time on it.
It's no big deal to let a single image render 12-15 hours...but when you have 300 of them per scene and 20 scenes and once computer it's not practical.
Fantastic images though.
I wonder how long it would take them to do a short film with those render settings.
That would be something I'd like to see.
I'm still looking for ANY Carrara animation that I take to my Lightwave friends and say 'See, this is just as good as your app.' - Hasn't happened yet. I have not seen one single 'Daz Guru' who can come close to touching this animation.
If you can point me in that direction, that would be something I'd like to see!
