The changes are rather subtle.  Eyebrows are thicker, the bridge of the nose is wider, and the jawl appears less prominent. Other than just some minor morph dialing and skin texturing, the character is just a redressed M4.  If you have the morph++ pack, you could add a few more morphs to really change his appearance.
