Of course!  They'll either notice it or they won't.  The image of mine they pulled was only pulled because somebody brought it to their attention.  Unofficially, one of the mods had already seen my image and ignored it.  (This all happened about a month AFTER I posted the image, btw!)

There are no Federal Marshalls patrolling Renderosity looking for trademark violations!  This is strictly a Renderosity issue, not a legal one.

It's totally up to you what you post and what you don't.  Don't let me make that decision for you - I can only tell you what happened to me.
