well from someone who uses many daz and poser mats(in daz)  when i see a nat file as a freebie and there is a content folder (contains the file paths for the daz mats) and a runtime ( with the file paths for the poser mats) i usually extract it to a neutral location and slide the runtime folder into the content folder then slide the whole thing into daz

just makes it easier for me to find things in my opinion
