PoserFusion is a descendent of Reiss Body Studio. Textures will need to be copied from the Runtime and moved into your Maya project if you want to avoid headaches.
There will be 36 copies of textures files but you only need five - head and body maps, head and body bumps and trans (plus specular for V4 characters and higher). Though you'll need to manually reassign the maps you've deleted (you could create a MEL script) things will run ALOT smoother.
There will be no rigging. You animate in Poser and import into Maya. Any changes are made in Poser and re-imported which - to me - defeats the purpose of using Maya. With a more recent version of Maya you could import a Collada file which will retain Poser's rigging (so I'm told). But that makes almost no sense because you lose out on all the super cool features of creating your own custom rig.
So then you must ask yourself "why use Maya?"
