Here's a screenshot of the relevant area ... maybe something is obviously missing?

Edit: It acts like nothing at all is happening.  The buttons don't appear to press,
and the drag-n-drop action doesn't drag anything.   Main menu actions do seem to work.

Looks pretty much the same as mine, except... you don't have the... Remove Library icon alongside your Add Library icon (little guy with plus sign).

Okay... just moved my library menu from 2nd monitor back into its normal docked position and I lose the Remove Library icon as well, but everything is still loading without problems, using click to add and drag and drop.
