Quote - Someone mentioned using GetRight, well I downloaded it and am trying but because I have to be signed in I can't get GetRight to download the log in form.  I type in the url for the sign in page and it gives me the option to download form from that url but then it just hangs and doesn't do anything. 

Could someone who used GetRight please outline the steps in order to get it to download?

@Fugazi - same here and the speeds are still the same because we're all still trying to get it and failing so server load will remain huge.   I wonder why SmithMicro have such a problem wrapping their mind around that concept and not breaking down downloads to smaller chunks.
