Hi, I would have thought that the image would only degrade if it was a straight, "stretch to fit" resizing, then you'll get artifacts, etc. But if you resize it using photoshop, then you can create very large images with no loss of resolution. Admitedly you don't gain a lot by doing this, but it certainly makes it easier to work with, I'm half way through mapping one of Staale's textures to the P4female advanced by MrX, (I've just been a little sidetracked of late, what with a new job and everything :) later jb
