Okay, was messing around in IE under Privacy settings trying to add LSMGUI and getting nowhere. I went to the tab displaying the blank Library in IE and accidentally hit Refresh All.  Now its displaying the Poser Library!  However, it TOO is showing that Poser 8 Content is Empty.  I made a screenshot of this too.
