You need to talk with someone about your situation, social services, job counseling, mental health (no offense, everybody gets depressed etc. at some point in their lives). Friends are fine but no substitute for people who have experience & can give sound advice based on your needs and the resources in your area. Frankly is this the the only place you're seeking answers, that's a bad idea IMO. I know it's easier than working to overcome your shyness and communicating in the real world, but it will only take you so far. If you're in a position where you have to move out, then you really need a better plan. If it's just idle depressive rumination then the same advice applies, get off the internet and make some human contact, get a realistic plan for changing your living situation. Ending up in a coldwater flat with some nasty landlord banging on the door for the rent you don't have is pretty unpleasant.
