I was forced to leave home at 14. Did dishwashing waitressing and any odd jobs I could find in between. Never had to steal and never did prostitution. If someone didn't show up for work I did their shift and was glad to have it. Lived in hotel rooms, not the Ritz, but clean warm and dry. Rooms usually had a dresser and bed, no bath in the room, that was down the hall and no t.v.
There are a lot of options still out there, but it sounds like your best option is to quit whining about your parents and take the job you can get while you go to school. I put myself through nursing school, no loans, I worked. Your parents sound like they want the best for you. Go take a walk and look at what other folks have to do just to get by and maybe you will appreciate what you have a liitle more.
