Support hours at SM are normal Business hours, so normally you would not hear from them on weekends, unless some fool was actually working..

For those with this issue, based on some reports from users, feedback from Bagginsbill, and others. There are some things to try. Most that have tried, reported they now have Library.

First.. make sure you OS and Browser are up to date.

Second, make sure you do have Flash 10 installed. Go to the Adobe Site and download the uninstaller and then run the installer for your OS and all Browsers installed (to be safe).

Reboot after this and see if you have Libraries...

If not, check your permissions for your Browser and for your Firewall. Make sure that Poser.exe and your Browser are not limited or blocked in anyway.

Change your Scripts from block to Prompt in the settings. I am not sure which one here is the culprit yet, but you may then get a prompt about any Script Blocking.

For those that Firefox is showing 0 Content, you need to delete your Preferences and you need to make sure your Poser 8 Content is installed. There is a Script you can run in the Scripts that will find the Libraries for you on your system.(I can not get that to work across the Network yet.)
