Okay, let me see if I can describe some things I just did. I opened IE. I went into Tools, Internet Options, Security. I went into Advanced and very slowly scanned down things. There's an option about allowing Scriptlets. I enabled that. I turned a lot of options under ActiveX controls to Prompt. Then I said Okay, and hit Apply.  Then I tried opening LSMGUI.html under IE.  I got the screen I'm going to post now. It wanted me to install Flash again.  When I clicked the link for Flash I got a prompt telling me that something within Poser 8 was trying to access my Intranet and should I allow it. I hit Allow.  Went and downloaded and installed Flash 10 yet again. Spybot popped up this time asking if I wanted to allow a Registry change for Flash and I hit Allow. Flash 10 appears to have now loaded successfully.  I shut everything down and restarted my computer.
