Mine shipped 8/6 and is scheduled to be here the 12.  So much for 2 day shipping guess 4 days means 2 at UPS. So far between Smith Micro and UPS this isn't proving to be a great experience. Hope it's worth it. And if i have any problems with the DVD's Smith Micro will be getting a real earful from me. So far in every problem  i had their support has been less than satisfactory. .
