I contacted SM this morning and asked for a refund on my shipping cost because of the delay and received this
"Unfortunately the day you order was processed there was a technical issue which prevented the system from recognizing the 2 day shipping terms. Your order was not shipped by 2 day service. A credit for the shipping charges will be posted to your aaount within 7-10 business days. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your continued patience."
mine will also be delivered tomorrow, finally!
