Subject: I must be using Poser 8's stock lights wrong, or am I...?

Now this second pic are my own 3 lights, IBL w/ ambient occlusion, 1 Infinite ray trace and ao and 1 Spot no shadows.
This is a big difference bewteen the two, what am I missing?
