Sorry for posting a little late on this, but I usually change the labels on props that include a real or fictitious trademark by modifying the textures.  I would suggest doing that instead of dealing with any legal issues.

Besides, sometimes it's run to be creative and give the product a really stupid name.  I try to do this in my writing as well even if it's probably never going to be published.  I've been working on the same novel for about 30 years and I don't know if it'll ever get finished.  My old writing group has far surpassed me in getting their stuff published.  I'd give up on it, but it's just too interesting and different.
