Pakled, I've occasionally set Poser to a higher priority while rendering something. Never seen any noticeable effect of it though. It's easily done on a case -to-case basis from Taskmanager, by rightclicking on the process. And the startup switch to set Poser permanently in High Priority was mentioned in another thread recently :)
