I have some in my Morph Kit but they are for Vicky. Have you tried using magnets? Just in case you haven't. Select the chest of the dress. Create magnet under objects. Select the sphere and move it in the z direction so it doesn't stick out the back. The select the magnet and move it out in the positive Z direction. This assumes that you want bigger breasts. To make the chest wider increase the X scale of the magnet. These are just general instructions, but they should get you started.
