I've seen the Reader on disc but am not sure about Flash.  According to the product page Version 10 should work.  Is the program listed in you Add and Remove Programs?  Maybe you have an installation issue with the software.

Seems like you'd be able to download the installer and move to the computer you're using on disc or something.  Or try re-installing Flash from the version 10 you have.  I can't remember where the installer nests itself on the users computer.  I'm sure the installer is there on your computer somewhere.
