Hi I seem to be having the same problem. I have followed the instructions multiple times, and I am still having the problem in Poser 8 and in IE. when I load the file LSMGUI.html in firefox (with poser running) it shows the library in the firefox window. however the item is still the blank screen in poser 8 and IE. This makes me think that the problem is with a setting for IE. Now I went over a large number of them but I am unable to figure out what to change. Anyone else have some ideas?

Thanks for the reply, I had already contacted the support guys at Smith Micro and they did reply to my support ticket with the same info posted in this thread. I sent them a reply back and am waiting for them to give me some new stuff to work with.

I did however discover a workaround all though I can not for the life of me get the library open in poser 8 or IE, I can get the file LSMGUI.html to open perfectly in firefox. So What I do is start up Poser. Open LSMGUI.html in firefox and then use the firefox window as my library. It is not a perfect system and I will continue to try to fix the problem I am having but at least I can use the program.
