• Internet connection for Content Paradise
• Windows® Internet Explorer® 7
• Adobe® Flash® Player 9
• DVD-ROM drive (physical product only)

The Internet connection is for the Content Paradise Room (window) only.  One would have to get on the Net to download the required Flash installer or to download IE7.  Microsoft DOES offer CD-ROM installers (for the price of shipping and handling I think) and the Flash installer could be downloaded to a computer and written to disc or a flash (thumb) drive and brought to a non-Internet computer.
