Fixed in SR1, I believe. I already have a preview copy of SR1 and copying my collections from Poser Pro worked fine. (I don't have Poser 7 on my laptop but it should be the same.)

I think the released version didn't display thumbnails from collections correctly.

Note: IMO, there should not be any thumbnail PNG files in Collections. There should just be links to the real files and the real thumbnails should be used. But I think SM decided to maintain compatibility with the old way, so I guess the PNG files are going to be duplicated.
