Poser 8 content (and historically every versions in product content) is not sold separate unless by rare chance it was part of something donated by a seller who chooses to offer it separately, or had offered it in the past.  As far as I know, I have seen no light sets for Poser 8 offered.  You can quickly see all the Poser 8 related content available by clicking on the "Content" section of the Poser8.smithmicro.com website.

Sellers at Content Paradise create their own stores and have complete control over their product descriptions, so if you are curious about a particular product, you can contact the seller directly, or contact support and they can assist you in communicating with the seller.  Information in the product description is the responsibility of the seller, though we try and encourage as much detail and accuracy as possible, sometimes things are left out and mistakes happen.
