Sleeping tiger, if you ever have a question about whether you would be violating the tos or not when posting an image.

Feel free to send that image to any member of the staff for a once over first. I myself would be more than happy to take a look and let you know whether posting something violates the tos or not.

Also if the members ever have any questions regarding copyright, please either post them in the copyright forum, or send them to a member of staff, or send them to copyrights@renderosity.com directly.

As far as your glasses, I  can tell you though, that sometimes posting an image with a product name is ok. It really depends upon the whole image.
