I don't think Crossdresser or Wardrobe Wizard are needed for this, since The Freak 4 shares a mesh with Michael 4.

Here is a sample.  Simply loaded up Freak 4 with his morphs and M++, then saved the character.  I used this character as the source in Morphing Clothes.  Transferred the morphs and then dressed the Freak.
