I understand that there are issues in Poser with scaling when it comes to conforming clothing , and I have heard that conforming clothing for Freak 4 will not work properly in Poser as a result of this. Because of this I am very interested in what you have done with the M4 clothes in your images above.

Did you have the Freak Scale morph set to greater than 0 in your Freak character? And am I correct in assuming that the M4 clothes conformed properly after you used the Morphing Clothes package? If this is the case then I know what my next purchase will be!
