I was doing a silly render and needed to conform a couple of V4's outfits to Freak.  After reading through threads I found this works just great in P8:

Convert the clothing (can't get around this).  I used Cross-dresser 3.
Add the Freak morphs you want to use.  I used Lyrra's magnets.  Morphing clothes would work too.
Add the clothes and conform them to the Freak.  Yes I read about the parenting thing, but conforming works just fine and you don't have to separately pose the clothing.
Then, find a utility that unihides the scale dials.  Dial the chest to 120%.  I had a perfect fit on 3 different dresses this way in Poser 8.
