I knew it was something inside of IE that was blocking the Library palette. I couldn't figure out what it was. I fiddled with settings under Security and Privacy and could not get anywhere. This has done if for me and cleared up the problem. I am not happy that Flash is the direction and lot of programs are going to go now. But at least this has finally made Poser 8 fully functional for me.
