I didn't notice the whole paragraph in your earlier post. For some reason my brain registered it as a paragraph of mine, quoted. Go figure. Too much coffee, not enough sleep, probably. ;-)

But yeah, I agree, it all is pretty bad business manners, as you say, and has become just ridiculously obnoxious.
