The content creator would not see the problem, because he/she already has all the files in his/her runtime.

It is the testers who would have seen the problem, unless they were testing a group of products and this product happened to have the same named file as found in another product.

At RDNA, they make fun of Rendo QA all the time. Basic stuff like this is why. Now it's CP, too I guess.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
