I'm on board with P8. Four core rendering is definitely faster than PPro. The floating dialogs allow for a better work flow.
I do miss the render in background though that PPro uses.  P8 now uses all the CPU resources to get the render done faster but the computer is almost useless to do anything else...
PPro8 I'm sure will have the background render capabilities.
Stable enough for a first release.
