What happened to my thread ! lol    Silverblade I am actually using your render settings atm very fast and I accept they are better than presets Superior mode was doing my head in with way too long render times !

I have now tried 3 instances of vue, would not let me run all three using all cores so had to select different cores for each instance.

Rendering was much slower but it did still chug along, def need more ram now! This is quite good for my animation project I am doing atm as I can set multiple scenes up to render whilst at work. because if one finishes early there are still two more to go! However it is a lot more unstable. The 2 renders at same time is definatly working well however I have had a mixed bag of results in terms of it being worthwhile, things seem to slow up a bit more if poser figures are thrown into the mix am still experimenting and the good definatly outways the bad.
