I went back to WW to  try again creating morphes and this time I suceeded. It really is alot simpler than I thought. I was trying to load a character and then its clothes and perform all sorts of operations. It turn out you don't need to load anything you just go to the "convert Script" select V41 to V41 and let the rest is self explanatory.. The conversion time is very long but you get some extra goodies such as shrink, inflate thown in.  Its a pretty niffty application...
