I usually never use the Content Room, I prefer to use a browser to go internet shopping rather than do it though a program L But I just tried to verify your observation, and my parameters stay put also after a trip to Content Parasite.

That the palette resets to Properties is indeed a PITA. Not a new one, no - but STILL a PITA. I hope it is being addressed in SR 1 or SR2... As long as it IS being looked on, I can wait...

As for a Select All python script.. I think someone already made one. It would be relatively simple I guess (if you know about Python, which I don't) by parenting everything (or selected things via checkboxes) to an invisible ball or similar. Then move the ball and bob's your uncle. Kinda like the z-toon script does, just without flattening it.
