I cannot guess what crime you commited to have to go through all that crap you described, just to install a legit software package.
I swear, software pirates everywhere are just gut laughing at us suckers, it sounds as if E-on are kicking you in the head and calling it service.

I dont know how many weeks it took before I could get V5I working on 64bit windows. I was kinda hoping E-on had got a bit smarter but they just dont seem to learn from their mistakes (or even care).
