That's been debateable for years. As the law stand, 3d CGI meshes are open to wild disagreement as to who they ACTUALLY look like. If you CALL it after someone's name, they can sue you. If if looks like them, they can't do anything, because it might be someone else's face from another angle. If it looks like Minnie Driver, but has another name--it's perfectly fine because that mesh MIGHT be based off of someone else or an artistic interpretation (which can't be regulated.).
