rar is a compressed format like .zip. You can un-rar them with WinRar - or the free 7-Zip which handles several formats.

Which Flip-flops? If they're the ones I made.. uhm.. they're not the best I'm afraid. One of my first, feeble attempts of modeling any kind of shoes.

Actually it depends on what kind of shoe it is. If they're conforming, you MAY be able to scale them by using the x-scale dial on their BODY. But most clothes and stff gets warped when scaled.
