Thanks.  I was unzipping them with a regular zip file.  The items come up as photos only.  I'll try the link you gave me.
The shoes and the flip flops came with poser 8.  I conform them first.  Then I use the dials, it still won't fix them it only warp them.  I guess they'd be okay if I left the feet in regular size.
When I use to use poser pro, I also had ray dream software.  I'd create shoes only with animation master then upload them to ray dream and export them to poser pro.  I can find my ray dream software.  I still have it on my hard drive under a new hard drive which won't let me open it.
