To your voucher question. At the start of Cornucopia3D - I don't know whether it is still the case now - e-on gave vouchers to those who bought their first Vue products. Now because Cornucopia3D is a platform for external vendors as well, they left it open to those to participate on this voucher program or not. Therefore some items are voucher friendly, others not.
@ArtPearl. Locked to license and locked for export are two different things. Locked to license means, the item is restricted to the licenses someone owns and can not opened (other than as dummy box) by other Vue licenses. Forbidden export is something everybody can define themselves to limit the use just for Vue. It of course often goes together, but not necessarily.
