Hi Ariana, can you give us a screen shot of your Vue setup, especially the right hand menu showing all your objects.  --- need to know if you are importing Poser lighting. 

To reduce the amount of jerkyness, generate another layer and place the figure there, then disable the base layer (making it invisible)  AND under render options click on show visible layers only.  Jan
