Collapse all Folders is already on the enhancement list - probably will be in SR2.

I'm also thinking of an option to have Poser save the folders contents it has opened to an XML file. Currently it only saves which folders it had open, not what was in them. Upon next startup, it could pre-populate the tree with the results stored in the file. Then it could take however long it takes to "refresh" these in case you modified your file structure between runs. This would mean that if you did not change your file structure, the tree would be loaded instantly with stuff it learned before.
