Mesh-wise, I prefer V4. Eve's face is a disaster. Her body looks good, although a bit too dense.

On the other hand, if the rigging is good and she bends naturally, she could be a serious contender. More so if RDNA & co came up with an idiot-proof expression rig. Some strong competition for DAZ in the "idealized young female" sector would definitely help innovation on the Poser figure front, so I'll be rooting for the new girl.
