Well with a mesh as dense as that Eva figure has, particularly in the face, there's probably no limit to what kind of face shapes one could come up with, with either Poser's magnets and morph putty or a good modeling program.
I was just messing around, really. I just think the promo pics don't do the figure justice for that face at least. The body is quite obviously very female.
A agree about the big feet though, and there are body parts, such as the hands and feet, that have way too much geometry. It's like it was just subdivided with no concern to practical polygon count.
On second thought, it kind of looks like it was scanned, but then the body polygon count was reduced to keep it from going completely through the roof, while the face, hands and feet were left as-is and just stitched on.
Either that, or just the hands, feet and face were scanned and attached to a modeled body.
