Most proportions do yes.  Personally she reminds me of some of the runway models I used to know.

I'm a small person 5'1" but I have long legs, my inseam is 31....so you'd probably think my legs look abnormal too LOL!!!  Because of my long legs (and my torso isn't short either) I was able to actually do petite runway modeling for some time. 

I think if they were exactly the same length that would look odd for me, but I like the difference.
