From the forum comments , faster rendering and actual Global illumination for two. A different runtime library view also and some changes to python which havent been fully investigated yet. 

You have I think 30 days to ask for a refund from Smith Micro.  There seem to be a number of things irritating people at this time. Mayve the service release will address some of them .
