I highly rccommend people wait when a new product hits the market, there are often bugs in first time releases, waiting may cost you new release deals so there is a down side to waiting unless you wait long enough when they are releaseing a newer version like, then you would find a deal on the product with all it's fixes.

The best option is to have patience, they wil fix the problems, they do read these forums and customer support complaints of thier products then they have to dupilcate the problem to find out whats causeing it so it takes time to find all the bugs.
